Well, I paid in advance with Groupon, took off work to keep the appointment, and was told I still have to paid one hundred dollars to get service. And my Groupon covers the cost of the next visit. Basically, they made money off of me and did nothing for it. Their prices aren't set. So unless you have endless supply of money, don't go here.

Broke a tooth at work. Scheduled an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled time. No complaints about the work or the staff bit the building could use some work,

I used Tidewater Dental Center for all three years that I lived in the area and had no issues. I never had fun, because it IS the dentist, but they took care of my teeth!

Worst. Dentist in the history of dentistry. I forget her name, she had a foreign accent. Basically ruined my mouth with the “fillings” for my cavity. Please, if you need some serious dental work done(anything besides an annual cleaning) go elsewhere if your insurance allows it. Please don’t make the same mistakes i did, i’m writing this while in intense pain.

Worst ever!!! These assholes sent me to have the wrong tooth pulled. The front desk staff is so unprofessional and ghetto. Then after i get from surgey they tell me that they pulled the tooth I pointed to. Wtf. No apologies or nothing. I already had anxiety from the dentist now im totally terrified. Do not go to them. They do xrays half way cleaning half way and dont even update your records till weeks later. My new dentist saw my records and my husbands dental work and cant believe that they were able to complete the work they claimed they did. Oh and rhen they charge you for rescheduling too. Dont go. You have been warned. They are HORRIBLE. I will never be the same again. 😯
