Really greedy practice. Had a follow-up appointment where the doctor just referred me to another doctor at the same practice 3 minutes after arriving and shuffled me out the door. Came back the next day for that appointment where they finally told me the price of my previous procedure (after asking multiple times prior and not getting an answer) , and decided I could not afford another. Still forced to pay co-pay again even though once again nothing was done at all. Out 2 co-pays nothing to show for it. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have amazing insurance.

Edit: Front desk staff are very nice and friendly though.

This is the worst practice that I have ever been to. Dr. Horn and his assistant are very incompetent when it comes to modern medicine. I suffered extreme trauma in a logging accident and broke most of the power parts of my body from vertebrae, sacrum, pelvis, SI joint. The only thing they did was put me on a low dose pain medication and push me to the side. Wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

Dr Bonnie Nock is amazing. I always find relief when I see her.
