I found the Eye Cnsultation a very interesting process. I went in at 8 and was finished by 11:30. I think because I was warned ahead of time that it would be a long process, and I was thus prepared, it went better than I expected. It seemed that after each test was done and I was shown to a waiting area, by the time I settled in to work a puzzle or read something on my Tablet, they would call me for the next test. I was impressed with the facility and the professionalism. Everyone with whom I came in contact (about eight different technicians not including the Doctor) was friendly, pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Special kudos to the assistant to Doctor Okeke and Dr. Okeke herself. The assistant explained in detail, with visual aids, my condition, what I could expect from my procedure, as well as insurance policies and procedures. Dr. Okeke, after reviewing my records and test result was honest and professional as she explained that although cataracts are present, cataract removal was not warranted for me at this time.
My total experience was a pleasant one, And when the time comes that I will need their services, I’ll be happy to return.

Very friendly staff and reception area. It was my 1st visit they made sure you feel comfortable by having a complimentary coffee and snack bar. It was a long wait but I was a new patient so I had expected that. Why 4 stars?? because when meeting the Dr. I really felt rushed she also had an intern who looked at my eye at the end then said "ok thanks bye" When the Dr came in I felt i was only given 1 option for my services (which my insurance doesnt cover) but found out several options as i got home. Its a beautiful facility but im sure they are taken advantage of thr low income patients. But other than that i would recommend a visit here just make surr you ALWAYS ask questions.

Accompanied my mother. The wait time is ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful to assuage the wait related frustration. However the doctor provided the least customer service I've ever experienced. Never introduced himself to me, didn't communicate the status of her condition (she shouldn't drive), nor anything else. Boo!

This is a great place to get your eyes taken care of. Dr. Scoper did PRK corrective surgery for me years ago and other eye doctors that I have seen since have always commented on the great job he did. Some said if I hadn't mentioned the surgery they wouldn't have been able to tell I had it done. As others have mentioned, yes, the wait can be a bit long at this location but the wait is well worth it. I highly recommend this establishment.
