Service was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes with no one in front of me. When I asked about the wait time, the person at the desk said she just took my paperwork back, 30 minutes after I was sitting there. There was a second person at the front desk but she was busy on a loud and personal phone call.

My experience with Ghent Station Medical Associates was such a joke that it's inspired me to write my first ever google review. It took an impressive amount of incompetence for me to reach this point.
I show up with a *likely* fractured bone in my foot. I go through an hour of paperwork before I can see Dr. Zamani, who sends me down the hall to get x-rays. I get the x-rays taken, and Dr. Zamani comes back with a diagnosis: "I think it's fractured, but I'm not sure" (seriously). He recommended I take anti-inflammatories and told me he'd speak with a foot specialist the next day then get back to me with more information. No problem.
A day and a half go by and I still haven't received a follow-up call. I call the clinic and ask to speak with him: "He'll get back to you when he has your information." I call again the next morning: "He's not in the office today." I call again the following Monday: "He's busy with a patient right now, but I'll make sure he knows you need to speak with him as soon as he's done." No return calls received.
I would have loved to get answers to questions like "should I be wearing a walking boot?" or "how long will this take to heal?" or even "is the bone actually fractured?" But hey, maybe it's asking too much for someone with a medical degree to read an x-ray and give a prognosis for a common acute injury. Maybe it's unrealistic to expect a professional doctor to go through the trouble of dialing all ten digits in my phone number to return my call. Maybe I shouldn't anticipate learning a thing or two about an injury after going to the doctor's office.
Before co-pay, the bills for this visit totaled $441. After co-pay, that was reduced to just $201.52! This doctor's visit was, objectively, the worst possible way to spend two hundred dollars. Think of everything else I could've done with that money... Like, I could have lit the check on fire and used it to provide warmth on a cool autumn night. Or eaten a couple benjamins to provide me with my daily fiber intake.
This review says 1/5 stars because Google seems to think that no business is dreadful enough to deserve a rating less than 20%. I encourage any Google employee to visit the Ghent Station Medial Associates to experience what 0% satisfaction feels like.
