This is the best gym I have been to in my life! Great facilities, environment, and layout. Staff is super professional and friendly. One of the only things I miss about Norfolk after moving away.

Good gym and there is not much of a crowd. If uare active duty then there is a discounted monthly membership with free cancelations

Great local gym. It is not very crowded in the evenings or weekends. I would highly recommend to a friend.

Very fair price, nice staff, clean... I fell in love with this gym during my first workout. If you work in the city or attend the local Tidewater community college the location is perfect, ask about the free classes that are offered.
