The staff is friendly and professional but the scheduling is terrible. The drive thru is always backed up because they only ever have one teller running both lanes. Seems like a waste of money to build a large facility and then understaff it.

I come on days that aren't busy, staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional.

My account got hacked and somebody tried to scan a fake check using E deposit so my account is blocked for 10 days until an investigation is done I got kids I got to feed and bills to pay not to mention being trapped in the snow 😡

I like Navy Fed but I absolutely dred coming here! You know dang well the 1st and 15th are the busiest days, huge line outside before you even open, and SURPRISE 3 tellers working, every time. 45 minutes....every.....time

Liked it because just like most other Navy General's it felt welcoming and safe. Quick in and out process.
