My mother just had a bad experience with a manager by the name of Jocelyn. She walked in to buy chicken and their was none in the warmer, so she went to speak with someone working behind the counter to inform them that the warmer was empty at that point the staff working the counter told them they were cooking more chicken and to come back.
They left and came back and were told the chicken was used for a call in order, the staff said they would do another batch and to come back and when they returned the second time, the same thing happen again. If they couldn't accommodate the order they should have just said so in the beginning . After speaking with the manager about the situation she wasn't sympathetic about what happen at all. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience and when they mentioned contacting the corporate office she starting spelling her name for them. At that point they went to Farm Fresh to purchase the chicken. To the manager, In the future when your working in an environment that has consumers, have some type of customer service, if not you just might lose customers, and no one wants that.

Beer selection is always in season. Produce is always better than other grocery stores. You get what you pay for. Great store for vegetarian and vegan options.

This store is great. You can fine anything there. Getting coupons and other savings is always a good thing. I never walk out with only what I went in for. Thank you.

Clean, well lit and new. This location just recently built. Great selection on many areas. Hubby loves the craft beer bar area. They have multiple beers on tap where you can get a sample before purchasing a pint or a growler to take home. They also have growler specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And I love their store brand products. Especially their teas. Happy to have Kroger in the neighborhood!

I really enjoy going to Kroger in general. This location isn't the best of all the locations in Hampton Roads, but it still holds its own.

The sales and discounts here are great! There is a nice Beer/Wine Bar and a good selection of the similar for sale.

The staff for the most part is friendly and helpful, however there are a couple employees the store could do without; rude and unaware of customers. However, this is the case for most places.
