Extremely slow service and the staff could use some training on customer service. Everytime I come hear I feel I am bothering them by making placing an order.

I love Arby’s, but this one is garbage. Every time we come here, the wait is ridiculously long. They either need better training, or to hire more people to help out. It looks great since they remodeled it, but the service is still super slow. It’s worth it to go to any other fast food place around here, I can drive two miles away, order and be done before I would ever get my food at this Arby’s.

The good was hot and some was ok. The today beef sandwich seemed on the skimpy side. I will never again order the buffalo chicken sandwich as it was literally oozing ranch and hot sauce, way to much sauce. Forget about trying to eat it in the car without a huge mess.

If you've been there before, go back. New management, new staff = new attitudes and a great improvement. Arby's is known for quality fast food, but now it's enjoyable to visit this shop.
Revisit ... Staff not so good because of a couple of the new people. Can't wait to see what happens with the new changes.

Had the roast beef sandwich meal for lunch the other day. The roast beef was grey and had a very strange texture. Only thing that made it edible was loads of horsey sauce. Hindsite, I probably shouldn't have even eaten it, but I was hungry. Won't be back to this location. The only reason it didn't get 1 star is the fries. They were hot and we're the saving grace.
