I am in love with their sweet potato pies. They are so brown,flaky and delicious. Their service is good but their meal deals keep you coming back for more!!! Their tenders are tendar and seasoned perfectly.

Worst place ever! Waited 35 mins for two 4pc chicken meal! I ordered mac & cheese and I got fries in both! No one else in line what so ever either! Three Employees sitting in the dinning room! Plus I live 3 mins away and I got home and it was cold! Worst place ever! Also no receipt!

I was in Virginia visiting and I'd never had Bojangles. HONEY, let me tell you!! The Bo-Berry Biscuits are a thing of beauty. Delish!

Staff and manager had bad attitude when I asked questions. Seem like we were bothering them. Will never eat here again. It was a family of 10 food was served cold . employee talking on cell phone while serving

8/17/2017 I went in to ask for a courtesy cup & the girl at the register started to go get the cup but quickly turned back around & said "her manager said I have to purchase something in order to get a COURTESY CUP! SINCE WHEN DID YOU HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING TO GET A COURTESY CUP???????!!!! NOT HAPPY WITH BOJANGLES! & FYI did I mention SHE HAPPENED TO BE A WHITE MANAGER & I truly believe this has something to do with it. Last time I checked COURTESY MEANT FREEEEEEE❗️Never again will I go back to that location
