Great interaction at the drive through but when I got back to work to eat, the whoppers did not have cheese (which I was charged for and ordered), the rest of the whopper looked thrown together and the fries were luke warm. Great whopper deal; however, paid $15 to add drinks and below average fries.

The burger and fries were delicious!! I had a coupon for a 5.00 dollar whopper meal. The staff was very friendly and I got my food really fast!!

The customer service was awfull. I ordered in the drive thru and had to wait for my order. When she came out, she had my order and another person. She tried to squeeze my order thru the window that was partially opened on my passenger side. When I rolled the window down, she threw the bag in the car and walked off while saying "have a nice day." It was tonight at the Burger King in the Indian River Shopping Center, Chesapeake Va

It's a comfortable family friendly place for the community. All the workers really connect with customers while providing high quality food. I would definitely recommend whether you want to dine in or eat out.

The top bun on my Whopper with Cheese $4.39 was severely burnt. Staff must have seen it when they put mayo, lettuce & onion on it. I took a bite and it was awful. I feel like owners need to pay their employees as and if they valve their worth. And/or incentive programs that effect their pocket. This employee sent that burger out with the knowledge of it's quality. Possible because of time restraints. Either way they didn't care.
