Took 15 minutes after ordering to get the blizzard and shake. There were only 2 other customers there and at least 4 employees working. Maybe they had to put the ice cream under the heat lamp before serving it.

This place leaves alot to desire. My ice cream was more like drinkable yogurt than ice cream.

The service I received at this Dairy Queen was pretty awful. I pulled up and began placing my order, which was 4 mini blizzards. I was 3 orders in when the employee asks me to pull up to the window. After I do so, a man opens the window showing me a mini and small sized cup and proceeds to ask me if I was sure that I wanted the size I asked for because the difference is 80¢ and I could receive much more. This consideration was nice, but inconvenient since I stuck to my original asking size and STILL hadn't completed my order. I politely added before he closed the window that I was not finished ordering and told him my last blizzard. He calls back to me my order as "three mini blizzards and one small." I left it as that because I didn't want to go through the hassle of once again correcting the sizes. When I received my first blizzard from another employee, she began to tilt it to the side to flip it upside down but realized it was too melted and just gave it to me. She didn't make any attempt to flip the other soupy blizzards and just handed them over. My blizzard was not well blended at all and completely soupy. The other blizzards my family ate were said to be "tangy" in bad way and "not how they should taste." After this entire experience, I've learned that I should only buy from the better quality Dairy Queen on Portsmouth Blvd.

It was horrible. They were so unprofessional. We sat there a good 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. The first person who saw us was texting on his phone, the second had pants so low off his ass his boxers were showing, and the third wasn't even in the right dress code, unless skinny blue jeans are allowed? Yeah. Then after 10 mins we finally got our ice cream. Our blizzards were soupy. They turned them upside down so quick we barely saw it, and then we started to eat them and they were already melting! My mini blizzard was soup in less than a few seconds, and it wasn't hot outside. Horrible customer service. Just looked at us while they were on their phones. There was about 7 cars waiting to get food and they had more than a few employees there.
