I came in today and ordered take out drove all the way home to Chesapeake so excited because i really love piccadilly but was so disappointed the roastbeef was cut super thick and the cabbage were super salty and there was no carrot soufflé available ive call the store 8 times since getting my order and no one answers the phone im very dissatisfied with the food and the fact that no one will pick up the phone i work everyday and cant get to norfolk often so when i had the chance i took it and im sorry i went out of my way if this is how you answer a customer complaint i will not be returning to your establishment an neither will my friends or family

Today my son and I came here to eat and while on line waiting to pay and then sit down there was a roach crawling on the counter. I told the gentleman standing to the left of me in uniform that i would not be purchasing the food and he said why so i told him that there was a roach and this dude said where, so i showed him. He called one of the ither employees and we then exited the restaurant. If there is one there are many more. I will never return here again. This was the norfolk location

Got liver and onions kinda tough! Greens no seasoning straight out of the can!!! Not Glory!! Sweet potatoes alright! Feeling ripped!! Almost$10 bucks!! WON'T be going back!!

Loved the food. Used them to cater for a church anniversary function. It was worth the wait to have the food hot and ready to serve our guests!
