Update: DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!
ALWAYS CALL! I ordered a pizza online. The website tells me it should be ready in about a half an hour. No problem! 40 minutes later, someone from this store calls me to tell me they're out of something from my order. Instead of looking at the orders, as they come in, they just take their time until they're about to make the pizza (since their wait time is 2.5 hours! Which was not disclosed). Check with the store before ordering anything!

Zero Stars from me and if I could give negative stars there would be plenty of those ... I ordered 2 pizzas at 9:00, called back at 9:50, had to reiterate name, room #, cell and hotel telephone....all which I had given before and was told that my pizza was with the driver and will be there in 7 to 10 minutes. Now 11:00 with hungry kids i call again to check order...told pizza was returned due to customer couldn't be contacted with all info listed above and lets not forget to mention i had been sitting in car...directly facing and in front of room door. Onsite manager only could add insult to injury with an offer of putting order through again and a huge discount of $2...not a typo...."two dollars"!!

So I had just moved here from out of state in January. Pizza hut is my favorite "large chain" pizza and I decided to place an order online. I ordered from this location because apparently it was closest to home. When I got there to pick up, the door was locked and I saw no one inside. I then called the store and still no answer. Finally some dummy came to the door saying "we can't take any orders because we're getting ready for the super bowl tomorrow." Are you kidding me? Then why didn't you call me immediately after placing my order jackass. I would've gladly went to another location. Now it's too late for anything at this point. Months later, now in April, I try again. I order online and go pick up. Once again the door was locked and some chick finally decided to come and open and to our surprise (not really) the pizza isn't done. So we wait an additional 30 minutes for 1 dang pizza, that I know for a fact only takes 15 minutes. 2 mishaps is enough for me. I will call corporate and complain. I also will not be going back to this one EVER again!!! Food was good though😕
