It's a nice chill spot , everyone was friendly staff and crowd ,people just relaxed and having funfood was good overall I enjoyed my self ,will be back

I once Frequently patronize Upscale on Friday & Saturday nights. I Loved loved loved to stay on the dance floor (late 90's-early 2000's).
I was so proud to see... 20 years later it is STILL a Beautiful Clean Classy establishment with a great atmosphere... still serving Good Food and playing Great Music! Another Great Night at UPSCALE!!!

This is my first time at Upscales. After paying my $10 fee at the door, I walked to the bar and ordered a double Absolute vodak with orange juice, which was $20! I then went to sit at one of the many available booths and sipped my watered down drink and enjoyed the 90s music until the dj started playing hip-hop that you hear on the radio all the time. Mind you, I've been sitting here for 30mins with an empty glass expecting one of the waitresses that walked by, to ask if I needed anything. I've read in other reviews that they ignore women and that is true. Why do you have wait staff if they aren't waiting on the customers? Right now the dj is playing Commas by Future smh. I did not come here to listen to this type of music. I would not recommend this place all.

The crowd was definitely Mature! The food, atmosphere, music, and people were GREAT! The cocktails were extremely OVER PRICED AND AWFUL! THE BAR TENDERS SHOULD FOCUS MORE ON EVERYONE WAITING PATIENTLY TO BE SERVED AND NOT JUST THE MEN GAWKING. I would go back😊

Went to a birthday party here, they gave a decent amount of food and refilled the containers to make sure that it didn't run low. The waitresses were attentive and accessible.
They cater to a mature crowd, the DJ plays 90's & early 2000's music, the dance floor stays full and there's no drama or ruckus. If you like to go out and dance by yourself, with your man or with your girls this is a nice spot.
