Food was good, service was slow, but workers were very friendly. Although my son had no toy in his kids meal!!! We also asked for sauce that we didn't recieve. Not a horrible experience, they just need recheck the orders.

Of order not even thank you. I said hello and how are u this evening. Nothing. Food was right. And hot.young lady made sure order was correct. Friendly. Bath needs work. Floor is slimmy.

I've never felt strongly enough to write out a complaint, but my experience at the drive-through today with "Shirley" (if that's her true name) was too bad to let pass. First, there was no acknowledgement that they were aware of my presence while waiting to begin my order. While finally ordering, I was interrupted, had to start over, then interrupted & spoken over several more times, apparently trying to end my order and move on (felt very rushed). Even all that I could deal with, but when I drove up to the window, "Shirley" asked if I wanted no ice in all 3 drinks. I said no, only the sweet tea (which is how I ordered it), but she stated, That's not what you said when you ordered (essentially calling me a liar). I said she must have misunderstood; after all, she was the one who brought it up by asking me! But she continued to argue with me, finally having the nerve to say, "I don't make stuff up. I just listen to you order and do what you say", as she handed me the 3 drinks with NO ice! After several minutes, I was handed my order with no eye contact, no thank you, with the wrong sauces, and I was offered no receipt (perhaps to hide her name?) all of this was spoken in a very angry and disrespectful tone of voice. I have never been so angry and upset!
