Wonderful staff and doctor. They saved my fur baby and helped us learn how to care for him after a diagnosis of diabetes. Which was discovered while treating him for a serious infection in his leg.

Kind and Caring, Dr. Bracy and her staff display the demeanor I would want from my child's pediatrician . I have been very pleased . I had shopped around some pricing prior to my visit and I believe they offer a level of care that is exceptional , but affordable. Another Veterinarian we visited wanted to sell me Pet Insurance on our first visit, I felt there was a scam afoot. At IRVH I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything and they have always treated me as I would treat others .

I am very pleased with the level of care that Dr. Bracy and her staff provide. I was originally taking my 3 dogs to Banfield, but I wasn't impressed with their care over time. It seemed more like they were concerned about profiting from unessecary tests and medications rather than the overall care of my babies. Dr. Bracy and her staff are genuine and loving and in no way did I get the vibe that they only cared about money. They are super affordable and most importantly, thorough and knowledgeable. I am happy that I found them and am confident that my babies will be well taken care of here.

The staff are wonderful! I've brought my dog Dexter here three times. He has anxiety, and they've been great about working with him and trying to make him feel comfortable. You can see how much they love animals. Dr. Bracy is very knowledgable. She provides you with options and is conscious of budget.

Best staff around. Very friendly. Great with the animals very caring, loving and supportive.
