This place is fine to drop off a car or to rent round trip back to North Platte. The problem is when you need to drop off at another location. It seems this place is "private" and can't rent their cars to be left at other locations. Occasionally they get 'corporate cars' that don't have to return to this location but "they never know when they'll come in".
Despite dropping a car off when I arrived in town the car was already gone when I tried to rent it back a week later.
Also, the desk was unmanned when I was right on time for my scheduled drop off.
