Poorly managed in my opinion. Our order was messed up. We tried to call but they wouldn’t answer. When we went back they were very unhelpful.
I’m a Sonic fan but I won’t be back to this one. They need training.

This is the SLOWEST sonic I have ever been too, this is our second time trying it out here in North Platte and we have been waiting for 15 mins in the drive thru waiting for our food. The first time we got up to the drive up to order our food and they said "thank you for choosing sonic, I'll be right with you" and the we waited for 10 mins and no-one came back to take our order, so we left. Don't waste you time or money here go somewhere!

We ordered 3 small shakes and 2 double cheese burgers with only ketchup and the shakes have a grit to them a texture like the mix to the ice cream is not mixed right. The one shake wasn't made correctly.Yuck! Our burgers had everything on them and I'm allergic to onion... Not impressed or pleased!!!

The corn dog was burnt! The burgers had been sitting in the warmer for way to long! No condements where give. For the price you would think you would have better quality food and service! Will not waste money there again!

We stopped at this sonic on a road trip from Colorado to Minnesota. We ordered four meals. 2 were prepared incorrectly and had to be sent back. 1 person ordered a fried chicken sandwich. They took a bite, swallowed and then realized that the chicken was completely raw in side. This was brought the stores attention. They brought us a new sandwich (which the person was too nauseated to eat). We then asked to speak to the manager who offered us a free future meal, but did not refund us for our order or the sandwich. Additional notes: The bathrooms were disgusting, and the employees looked like they had a food fight in the kitchen. Sonic is now on our DO NOT EAT At List....
