Heartland lost my dog when I boarded him there. They were unapologetic after friends found him and took him back. When I retrieved him Dr. Green was so defensive and blamed the whole incident on the dog. Supposedly, my dog has escaped from the kennel during previous stays and they did not care to disclose that to me until this incident. I've also had poor service with Dr. Green on other occasions. This clinic is not to be trusted with your loved pets because of their lack of care and safety. There are plenty more options in the North Platte Area that would love to take care of your precious animals. Below is a picture of my pet when he was found. He was cold, wet and frightened. I wish you well.

I own pitbulls and they are the best dogs evey very friendly and have never fought we took our dogs into the older vet there and he was very hateful towards pitbulls and was stereo typing them as if all pit bulls were mean and we all know by know its not the dog whi is mean its the owner that raises them that way.

Dr. Dillion Harvey refused to tend to my dog immediately upon arrival during an after hours emergency in where my dog was extensively attacked by two other dogs and had lost asignificant amount of blood. After he simply looked him over he told me he was absolutely fine. he would put him in a kennel and check on him the next day. When I refused to let him just put him in a kennel to die and insisted he give him the medical attention he needed. he told me to leave without even any antibiotics, anti-inflammatory or even pain relievers never mind the actual medical attention he needed. This was on a Saturday my dog died Monday morning. He seemed to be more worried about his ego then my dogs life. On the other hand Dr. Green has always treated me well and i am relatively happy with the other staff.

Dr Dillon Harvey is one of the best vets I have ever met..This man truly cares about the animals he sees and cares for..I will continue takin all my pets to him
