Joined the Emerald Club and what a delight. Easy, Fast and simple. No hassle, no problems, quick pickup and return, easy access and the friendliest staff! In and out in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Tire Pressure - I rent almost exclusively with National and it is very rare (maybe 2 times in 15 years) that I get a rental car where the tire pressure is correct. On my last rental, my Expedition was 10 pounds low on each tire. Be sure to check your tires yourself - they don't.
Inside windshield - never gets cleaned on these cars. Ask the lot attendant for a cleaning towel and glass cleaner. You'll thank yourself later when you can actually see through the glass at night.

National is by far the best company with the most stress free rental experience I’ve ever had. I am a part of the Emerald club which allows me to have free upgrade and bypass the counter which sometimes can save you an hour. They always have fully loaded vehicles, IE sunroof, heated seats, leather, navigation, etc. The last rental I had was the best one so far. I rented a full-size sedan but our golf club travel bags and luggage did not fit in the trunk, the service lady there gave me a another free upgrade to an executive aisle which allows me to get an SUV. That’s the kind of customer service that has been a lost art lately

Car was clean, the pick up and check out at the window was fast and relatively friendly. There was a random light on I wasn't sure what it was she did come look at it and offered me a different car I opted not to take it but the only real criticism would be that she know what that was. In the end it was the lane sensor but I don't have that feature on my Nissan which is what I was driving same year but it was a Rogue I drive a Murano. Other than that it was a good visit car was very clean people were helpful.
