I busted my macbook screen and cole fixed it in aprox 30 minutes. Amazing! He also gave me a great price than the apple store or any of the other service centers in the area. THANK YOU!

Cole is AMAZING! After a visit to the Apple store, I thought I was going to have to trash my computer or spend $500 for fix the display. But after asking around, I was grateful I got a referral for him. Cole was very responsive and quickly accommodated a repair request for my MacBook Air. He gave me a great deal and fixed the display. Plus, he noticed some malware on my machine and removed it! Quick BART ride from SF and boom my laptop was ready to go in 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service and an all around nice guy. A BIG THANK YOU again, Cole!

Couldn't recommend this place more highly! I was on a time crunch to get my old MacBook Pro fixed and when it turned out that the problem was gonna be expensive / take time to fix, the owner just agreed to give me a similar computer with my hard drive for almost the same cost as the repair. Way better than waiting two weeks to get things done at apple and then getting told your computer is dead cuz they want to upgrade you to a new $1000 computer.
