Refuse to give customer quotes.
They look for more ways to decline a driver than to insure one & write a policy, not equipped to run quotes; unable to verify simple zip codes to legitimate cities, refuse to provide agent full names or employee information or state licensing information for verification... including the underwriters, stating that they "aren't allowed" to give out their info.. Rudest
"professional" service I have encountered in a very long time.
The agents may or may not be licensed to save costs to the overhead considering the level of service.
No way to know since I was not provided any information from them.
