The worst experience ever in my life. Helen Ngai, the worst insurance agent i ever had, she has no professionalism at all. They were so nice to have you to be their clients at the first place, later on they start to give you attitude and even yelping at you while you need helps. I highly don't recommend this service to anyone, if you need a insurance agent in oakland or even in bayarea. I am going to stop the service with them immediately!
