Limited parking Sat mornings for to college crew teams practicing. Generally pretty dirty, lots of trash on the ground, trash cans overflowing, extremely dirty out houses

It's a nice place but sometimes you'll catch some of the homeless staring at you as if you just walked into their tent or reached into the shopping cart and took everything from it... It's good to launch off kayaks and to take a casual stroll around but the grounds aren't well kept by the city so you might feel a little bit miserable being there but the estuary's view makes up for it.

Nice and quiet however there's a lot of trash there that seems to linger after a while; other than that it is a great place to go to get away for a moment.
