I generally go through the drive-thru. The staff tend to get their customers in and out in a timely manner, they are courteous and the food is great.

Super slow drive through service and they always allow the same agressive panhandler to stand in the drive thru and hassle customers...

I might just have to be a little pushier with this location. I go here all the time but tonight, after waiting 45 minutes to get to the order intercom, I pull up and wait for about 5 mins.

An employee comes out and goes down the line of cars letting everyone know that they'll take a while because they're "cleaning". Why are you stopping to clean when there are customers waiting and why did it take so long to tell me this?! But I'm chill... It's been 45 mins and I'm in the front of the line so I figured what's a few more?

Sat for 15 mins and am told "uuuuuh, we closed like 10 minutes ago." Its 12am and they advertise as a 24 hour operation. So, I respond, "Your coworker said you were cleaning." "Nah, we closed 10 LOOOOOOONG minutes ago." And that was it. No sorry, or explanation, or f**ks given about my time. I just drove off.

Good food, but once the lobby closes. The drive through can take forever, and when you finally get there you have to wait again. Food is always good.
