F@#$ you Kai Bistro! First of all download you're ridiculous app is insane. Second when you try to use your app it keeps referring to know restaurant in the area. Third when you try to call back to place an order with an actual person your phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. I understand that you guys want to be up on technology but some things like a restaurant need person-to-person interface. If my child was not sick and requesting your soup I would not have made as many attempts as I did to try to order and in the end was still unsuccessful and had to go to Hayward to China Bistro to pick up my food. I will never go back to your restaurant. It should not be this difficult just to order wonton soup.

Very solid Chinese American take-out food. Hit the spot after a long day of work/play. If in the area go get something fresh from their fusion kitchen.

Terribly inconsistent. Sushi is delivered warm if you order delivery. Poke salad is leftover scraps/compostables. Varies from really bad to occasionally acceptable.
