They usually get at least one part of the order wrong. Order an everything bagel, walk out with onion. Order toasted, not toasted. Then the employees are so unfriendly it seems like it's not worth it to complain. I only go back because it's the only bagel place in the neighborhood.

I wish there were more protein options, but they have really great bagels! Quick service, which is good because they're crowded.
