best chineese noodles-hand thrown and fried dumpling anywhere. what is lacking in ambiance is made up for with welcoming service and fantastic food. just go!

I am afraid to say it is not tat great. I am not sure how it gets it popularity. I felt it is a bit overly flavored with its dishes. The iron pot chicken is too sweet. And the bamboo veggie in the dish you could tell tasted from the can. The skin of dumplings is thick. The corn soup is pretty light. Only few Chinese people eating there.

Really amazing food. . Fast service. Although if I could I would give them a 1 star on their bathrooms. They needed desperate attention..

To get a table you have to sign yourself up and wait outside to be called. It's a small and busy restaurant so the noise level is high. Food is okay and service is quick. Hand made noodles are a bit doughy but tasty. My special chow mein had only two shrimp!!

Noodles are pretty good, but a little overrated. Careful--the noodles are hand made, but *not* hand pulled (which some people have been saying). You can see them being made; they are made from rolled dough that is then cut with a knife. Still tasty to have hand-made noodles (for a bit extra), but a little disappointing if you were expecting hand-pulled noodles.
Don't know why everyone is keen on the dumplings though.
