This place is really bad. Most of the staff are Terrified of big dogs, which is really bad for your pet to stay clam in a high energy environment. I will choose not to go here because it's cheap but bad service and quality. I paid about 580 for my dog puncture wounds but they did things that I could have done at home. Now I just went online and bought a lot of medical equipment and will treat my dog at home for most injurys. If internal I'll go to the SPCA and tell them how much I could pay and work out a plan but these people aren't worth it !! They don't even seem to like animal or really care for them

I don't know how the hell these useless people are still in business but they literally watched my dog die and did absolutely NOTHING I don't know where these incompetent people got their licenses or what idiot is doing their hiring but DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. On the way into the clinic my dog (chingona) seemed to be having trouble breathing and had collapsed my grandma not being able to lift asked someone from the vet to help but not until after seeing the dog, going inside to see if ANYONE ELSE could help, coming out and saying "everyone is busy right now, oh and she pooped" my grandma had to ask again if he could please lift her and take her in she doesn't bite and he says "oh...okay". Once lifting her my dog went limp, seeming to pass out After laying her down on the lobby floor again he leaves to find someone else to help and asks where he dog can go and someone carelessly replies "room 5". The whole while my grandma is asking why aren't you rubbing her chest or something ?! They take her to the room and again he leaves to get someone and returns with a woman who tells my grandma she needs to pull the dogs tongue out to open her airway and then leaves my grandma to find ANOTHER PERSON. DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ??? She tells my grandma to hold the dogs tongue out and continue rubbing her chest. By the time the third person comes she takes ONE LOOK and says "she's dead" with no more emotion than saying it's cold outside. Everyone here needs a change of career if they don't have any compassion for animals and don't care to try to save them. No effort was even made to see what happened to my baby and Mrs. Tan is just as useless and heartless as the rest of them.

The doctor and his staff arr very nice and the are very good doctor and they saved my dogs life twice , I will always bring my dog to that vet because it is one of the best vets in the city

Dr. Tan and his staff saved my sweet dogs life. I was sure he had to be put down and he said: Let me keep him and watch and doctor him. He kept him for a whole month and I brought him home today. If you are anywhere near his offices it would behoove you to take your pets there. Not another vet that would do what he did for my Bean and doesn't make you pet poor with the bill. ❤️
