If I could give them zero stars, I would. I never be felt so cheated and disrespected in my life before. These crooks charge a ridiculous amount of hidden fees. I had to pay a $200 dollar cleaning fee, for a perfectly clean car. Saving a few extra dollars a day is not worth the hidden the fees. Finally when I made my reservation online I had to wait half an hour for only one car that the previous person didn't come to claim.

Always ask for your receipt when you return the vehicle if you don't want to get billed extra and then have a hard time getting your money back. Let me tell you how I got my $10.16 refund back after 3 weeks...

I was charged extra for returning late even though I returned the vehicle 10 minutes early (9:50 am). I did not ask for my receipt when I returned it but when I got an e-mail, it says I returned the vehicle at 10:41 am so I got charged $10.17 on my credit. I immediately called this location and was told by the same lady who helped me (I think her name is Carmen-and whom I assume made that mistake) that the manager will call me back.

Hours passed, I got no phone call from anyone. So I made sure to call them back before they close and spoke to Carmen (?) again. She sounded surprised the manager didn't call me yet, but at this time the "manager", Richard spoke to me and assured me that he will give me a discount the next time I rent a car. Of course, I refused to take a discount because I don't have plans to rent anytime soon. I was asked to e-mail my receipt so I can get my refund and he gave some phony e-mail address that doesn't work. So I decided to just come in person and turn in that receipt and I was assured that I will get my refund within 2 weeks.

3 weeks passed...
I called Richard to inquire about that refund I never received. He asked me kindly, if I could wait for his manager to talk to me but he's not back until Monday (I called Friday). I thought Richard was the manager? I have no idea at this point and of course the manager never called me back that Monday until I called to follow up. I missed the phone call from Ben, the real manager (I guess?) but he didn't even bother to leave a voicemail- which is very unprofessional. So the next day, I called early hoping I'd get to talk to him but Carmen said he's not in that location. I asked for the number where he's at and called that location but he wasn't there either. The girl said she never saw him there. So at the end of all this... I never got to talk to the manager, nor did I get an apology for their mistake and inconvenience.

Yes, I got my refund after I called Hertz customer service who was nice and quick enough to put in my request. However, I did not get my full refund. She refunded me $10.16 when I'm supposed to get $10.17- so I lost 1 cent overall. But whatever, 1 cent is not worth my time and effort. I don't know if this is pure incompetence or everyone that works for Hertz are dyslexic or just my luck. Also, the car that I got was dirty inside and -smelled like a smoker car.

I'm still wondering why I have to talk to the manager. Why was I given such a hard time for $10.17 when Hertz customer service was able to fix it in a matter of days? They could have told me in the first place to call Hertz instead of giving me the run around. Why do I have to talk to so much people and not get stuff done the right way? I have no idea and don't want to know anymore. You guys just lost a customer and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Saturday 10:00 AM. One employee here. Phone blowing up. 4 people in line. Understaffed. They couldn't give me a ride because I couldn't even reach this single person on the phone at this location to get a lift from my hotel to this Hertz. I found a diff ride here.

Why is there only one person here on the weekend the day before Easter?

There were some inaccurate info given to us by customer service. When we first went in, the shorter bald guy with glasses was a bit rude and seemed to have no need for our business. HOWEVER, the black guy (sorry I don't remember his name), wad patient and explained the situation. He even stayed until 7 to accommodate us.

There was some damage on the tailgate of the truck and unfortunately the handle broke off (already broken and super glued before we got it) after we took it off the lot. The black guy was extremely understanding and polite when he followed up with us. If it weren't for him, we would've gone elsewhere.
