I started using Dr. Rosario when he was in the Villages and have followed him to his Ocala office and I live in the southern part of Sumter County but its worth it to me to drive what far. Hes the only Oral Surgeon that I could find that was highly recommended to do a bone graph using my own bone. That was most important to me. Staff is very patient and kind with many smiles. I had many questions and concerns and Dr. Rosario was very thorough in his explaining to all I had questions of.

One of the best oral surgeons around! Really nice staff, everyone is very friendly. They make everyone feel very comfortable and treat everyone great. Dr Rosario is one of the nicest, kindest Dr's I've met. Very comfortable and a pleasure to be around! Don't hesitate to see him!

Great oral surgeon. Very knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend this dentist if you have to have dental work beyond the usual level a general dentist can manage. Great chair side manner too.

do not call this office. you wait for weeks even if your in pain!!! this doctor was so pushy and didn't listen to my questions. the fees were not accurate costed more than they said on the phone, nice surprise. and when I was done the nurses just pushed me out the door. No bedside mannor at all and I spent a ton of money; for a bad experience. call another doctor. signed very horrified.
