Awful experience- I took my mother to Dr. Anderson for extreme weight loss, loss of appetite and severe stomach pains, a worsening condition over 4-5 months. First impression, the office felt and looked dirty. We waited over an hour between the waiting room and the exam room to see the doctor. He finally came in with large spots of blood on his pants and said the blood was his and to "not worry about it". He didn't ask her any questions about what kind of pain she was having. He didn't make her lay down to examine her abdomen, she never even got out of the chair. He said her medications could be "bothering her stomach" and wrote her a prescription for two more! He didn't answer our questions with direct answers and we asked about blood tests, an endoscopy or colonoscopy and he said they would be a waste of time and inconclusive. He was totally unconcerned and not thorough at all - the worst doctor I've ever been to. And the nurses are very "matter-o-fact".
