Dr. Jo was my third try to find someone who was and is extremely capable. Dr. Jo examined me and reviewed my history at our first visit. He developed a plan of treatment which I have followed to a very successful conclusion. He uses the least invasive and best procedures for the issue e is dealing with. He tells you what he will do and then does what he says he would do, this is great and no bs.

In my mind he is the go to guy for the specialty of urologists.

Everything one looks for in a doctor: expertise, experience, compassion. Dr. Jo's exceptional clinical skills are nearly matched by his compassionate approach to the patient before him.

Dr. Jo seems like a friendly person, and in the beginning I was really hopeful that he would able to help my mom, who has suffered from cervical cancer and has problems urinating. We came, did the tests and then when we met with him to see what could be done, he said see us in six months.

Called back and spoke to his PA who finally gave us an actual prescription for medication that did nothing.

We were told by another doctor that referred us over to the specialist in the first place that it might be scar tissue adn that they might have a solution for that. Instead we get tossed pills that don't even work, and a doctor that sees us for five minutes and doesn't listen.

The last time we waited for two hours to be seen an easy breezy five minutes. The doctor even commented about how both my mom and I had tablets and were using them...really? Not much choice unless you want to stare at the wall while waiting to see him!

Not going back. He seems nice but I don't think we're anything but names on a paper to him, and we're going to take our money elsewhere.

Am currently a patient awaiting surgery and to be honest,I am considering cancelling and finding another doctor.. No one seems too care about you as a person more like a dollar sign,,, I tell the doctor im in pain and sick constantly and it's going to lead me to losing my job and kids and nothing,, get my surgery scheduled and still have nothing for my pain and bad infection and another two week wait.. I wouldn't think much of this treatment,but as someone who has already dealt with this two prio times,I know when your needs are being ignored...

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Jo last spring. When he arrived, the staff explained that Dr. Jo had an emergency and they were running behind schedule. They were very pleasant. Some people didn't want to wait and they left. When Dr. Jo saw me he was really good about answering my questions and explaining everything in terms I could understand. I would recommend him to my friends.
