The customer service is beyond second to none with Jeannine Rimmelin Ordway. Anyone can sell insurance but customer service is by far the most important. I've been with Allstate now for 30 years and I would not look anywhere else. When I call to discuss my policy's I get a real person and not a automated response. Vicki is so professional and knowledgeable and I know I'm getting the answer I need. I am very pleased and I would recommend anyone to come here.
