Awful!!!! My dad was there twice for a few weeks each time and contracted pneumonia both times. They did not turn him often and he got terrible pressure ulcers--bed sores. There were roaches in the nightstand drawers!!! Terrible, terrible, we had to stay on top of everything they did. I hated to leave him ever! He will never go back there.

Not really the bast place to be should be cleaner and more organized than what it's. Seams like the institution is short of staff or they don't really care much about their patients.

My father was admitted there, just left him lay. Only time they checked on him was when it was time to take medication or do therapy..Went to the desk to ask for some help they just looked at me and got up and walked away...Called and wanted the nurse or doctor or Manager to call me and never have received a call..I live out of state and had questions and no reply...asked for them to get my dad a new pad for his chair never did...when it was time for him to be released they said they were short staffed and wouldn't even help get him in the car...very disappointed wonder if they would treat there family members as poorly as they did mine....

I know she's safe because I check up on her constantly, but this place needs more nurses so that there is a better response rate to the calls. The kitchen needs to have a healthier variety. House keeping is pretty good. The vents need to be cleaned, including AC units, as the dust is incredible.
