Management needs to start doing their job in managing this place; not only the food, but the patrons. My wife and I occasionally visit and the last two times it has been a disaster. The first time, the chicken parm was burnt on the edges and very dry, yet your waitress served it any how. Never again will I order that. Tonight, Tuesday, 2/23/2016, there were 4 golf carts parked outside blocking the front door. Obviously, some golfers can not read the “No Parking” signs posted in the front. After being seated, there were golfers that we very loud, disorderly, swearing, belligerent and drunk setting next to the dining room. It is time you step up to the plate and start policing these disrespectful golfers. I guarantee you one thing, you are going to lose my business forever. I expect to enjoy an evening meal where I shell out fifty bucks. I do not enjoy and will not tolerate disrespectful golfers who seem to think they are special and act like children in your establishment.

I am surprised the HITS people have not discovered this nice place close to the horse competitions. I enjoy many of their menu items and the friendly service. Blanca the owner is very attentive. I recommend the food, the beverages and the place itself. It is inside Ocala Palms and you just tell the guard you are going to Blanca's and they let you proceed.

Love going there when in Ocala palms. We tell everyone its the best kept secret here. Blanca is delightful and such a hard worker. Her staff follows her leaf and do their jobs beautifully.
