Best Chickfila experience EVER!! If Mark is working that day... ask him for some magical ketchup! I approached the counter intending on grabbing a packet or two of regular ketchup but NO! Mark reassured me that regular ketchup was not good enough and proceeded to pull ketchup out of thin air with a snap of his fingers! Like bro, where’d that ketchup come from?!? It’s magical...ketchup.

Mark is the best employee here, my girlfriend and I went in the week after Hurricane Irma and he made us smile big time. Loved his corny jokes and the way he treated us like family.

Traveled to this CFA during IRMA evacuations, and they were very generous to stay open a bit later for all the drivers trying to get a bite to get out of the state. They are very well-mannered, and cook their food well. Ate at this location on the way back for breakfast, and was very pleased.

Just had an awesome experience with employee, Brennan. He did a great job outside the drive thru taking my order. He stood out among most young people with his great personality and character. I mentioned that he should get into sales and he then told me of his plans regarding his future and also serving in the Air Force. I told him I was proud of him. I'm a 9/11 WTC survivor and I thanked him in advance for his service. When I pulled up to the window, he had paid for my meal. Thank you Brennan. You are exceptional young man. I have no doubt you will reach all your goals and even more. Thanks again and God bless you.

How far it's fallen!! In the past I couldn't have asked for anything better. But I don't think I'll be back for some time. The line went quickly but the lobby was a mess. Cleaned our own table as we couldn't find a clean one. Food arrived shortly after sitting down but order was wrong. But that was remedied fairly quickly. Went to get a refill on soda and gave up after 5 minutes of being the only one in line. If it was busy I would be more understanding but it wasn't. Crying shame as we have had such positive experiences in the past. Hope your experience is better than mine
