Honestly one of the worst Dunkins I have been to. They did not make my chai tea correctlyand it have given them several chances.

Everyone is pleasant. They are understaffed. Also when someone asks you to start a new pot of coffee, please do so. Not following procedure and marking when the pot was actually made does not make it fresh. Also claiming a pot is fresh when it's actually not is very frustrating.

The drinks are great and they have a great selection most of the time. Staff is friendly while waiting on us, but while we sit in the dining room the manager loudly complains about the work of another employee (this has happened to us a few times while we are there). It makes the environment uncomfortable as we try to enjoy our weekly coffee stop.
