Arrived at 11:00 am. Met the owner at the walk. His staff had not showed up for work yet. When they did they sat in their cars and he had to call for them over and over. Our server was rude, lazy, and couldn't get our order right. We ordered half a bucket of steamed muscles and oysters at the same time. It took at least half an hour to get the first of our order and another 20 min for the mussels. Had to order second round of drinks from inside and from the owner. The table next to us sat there for twenty minutes when we went inside to get the server to come out and greet them. No flatware or napkins or side plates to eat with. Sub par service. Food was good and prices fair. Owner kind. We would go back to see him... New staffing needs to happen!

Pretty much a dive bar that serves food. When you can smell the bathrooms in the restaurant, that's not good. But, once you're drunk, who cares, right? The waitress seemed annoyed to be there so her tip reflected that. Pretty sure it's a locals hang out and conveniently located to the low-to-no star interstate hotels.

A total joke about their clientele, rude loud and trashy and the staff is not well trained in manners. Sorry looked interesting from the front but was disappointing in the inside, and nasty out back behind the kitchen

This place sucks! This is my second time giving it a try. And it sucks just like the first time. I have no idea how they win any awards! There is no greeting when you enter. You have no idea if someone is gonna seat you or you just find a dusty, crumbly seat. I came in and "found my way" to a table only to be greeted with a huffy "you can sit on the other side, I'm tryna keep this did closed" no hello, no how are you today, no I'll be right with you! Nothing. I'll bet the tips are great here. I won't come back. And I do not recommend this place at all. Unless you don't care and just want a beer to watch the game. No telling how long you will have to wait though, so take a book or something. I had my taste buds all ready for some all you can eat crab legs! I wouldn't spend a dime here! It sucks! Period!

Very very slow service, with no real caring for customers. The family owned thing is nice in some cases but not here. Training of staff and a manager's presence would be nice. Don't order all u can eat crab. You will get more when they feel like it. Have given it three tries failed every time.
