I've gone to this Steak n Shake multiple times for many years but for the last year or two, the drive thru wait time is rediculous. 15 to 30 minutes nearly every time I go. The customer service is horrible, definitely not enough people working at any given time. Staff is unapologetic, they could not care less about wrong or late orders. My visit today was simply for a milkshake, I don't understand how you can mess that up but this store did and I just threw $4 in the garbage.

To be fair, I only ever cone into this place very early in the morning. However, each time I do come to ear here, the service is terrible. It takes forever to get your food, so don't come hungry. More of a place to just hang out, and happen to eat food in the same place. Don't ask your server for anything specific, they will forget.

Steak N Shake has really stepped up its game. Tried the new burger and it's comparable to Shake Shack...good stuff. Beats the fast food burger chains hands down. Good job, guys!

Reading the other grumpy reviews turn my stomach. Made fresh, should that be 5 minutes? It reminds me of the old phrase"@$$holes like u should take the 🚌" Do you really think these servers want people, especially like you, to be there 1 more minute then they have to? Learn some patience and some manners and go to burger king. I hate when these pompous people complain. I'm like the world doesn't revole around them for 30 minutes and they want the place shut down. Honestly I would refuse to serve people like you. Good evening. Just took me 20 minutes for a 54 dollar order. I was happy it was that quick. In my opinion the food quality here is better than the quick burger joints.

Food good... Kitchen staff need to learn to watch their mouths. The manager came to take my to go order after a few minutes of waiting. As i waited, the cook on the burger grill and another young man dropped the F bomb non stop. Had my child been there, i would have asked for a refund and walked out. We dont pay to eat out to listen to profanity... We pay for a pleasant experience in a family friendly atmosphere.
