I broke down on the side of the road and was on my way to a doctors appt. I was very sick and needed to get there, Dennis juggled cars and made sure to get me one on the way immediately. Thank you Dennis I can't even tell you how much it means to me

Over the phone an while driving Dennis was gracious he told me about the $10 minimum over the phone when I called so I had no issues with that Will definitely take them again.

Threatened to call the cops on us at our home after we had found out my boyfriend lost his wallet. A $21 fare that I can easily pay over the phone, but you threaten us first? Dude. This guy was twitching and swerving through the entire ride. Had to call twice to find out where he was when picking us up. Uber is better, cheaper, and you don't have to worry about that the cabby might have in the car🤷🏻♀️ Will spend my money elsewhere.

Left something in Ocala and needed it brought to Gainesville -> this was a very easy service to deliver the items to my house!

Cab picked me up from store drove the three blocks to drop me off with my groceries. Meter read $5 but driver said there was a $10 minimum charge after I got home. Dispatcher nor anyone else said anything so either the cab company doesn't follow the meters of the driver was lying
