I gave this place so many chances to improve their care/service. Last May I took home a 7 week old chihuahua mix, I heard that banfield had a puppy plan and got sucked in by the benefits of it, and the vet we saw on our first visit did a great job with him so we paid our puppy plan for the year in full. I’ve had SO many horrible situations with them I could go on for pages long story as short as possible they put a cone on him after surgery that was made for cats and too big for him, when I addressed this issue with banfield and that it was unsafe for him I had to go through corporate and several calls into the manager so they would give me something that fit him properly, after they had already put him in danger of choking on plastic or bring his incision, they made errors in his paperwork to the point where we didn’t know if he had/had not received certain medications and shots, and one of my biggest pet peeves was that they couldn’t handle him to give him an in depth exam. My dog is very squirmy and can sometimes snap during shots I was more than willing to muzzle him and hold him properly so they wouldn’t be able to bite him and they still continued to rush his exams and not look at him very well if he was squirmy, other vets I’ve taken him to have taken the time to give him special treats etc to get him to calm down enough to examine him and had no issues. The final straw for me was yesterday. He was having some leg pain so I brought him to a different vet because to be honest I already don’t trust them with any major care for my dog, that vet not only took the time to make him comfortable so that she could thoroughly examine him but also quickly noticed that he had patella luxation and also that he had a baby tooth that never fell out two OBVIOUS things that none of the vets at banfield took the time to notice because they weren’t able to take time to examine him properly. I have spent over 1000 dollars at this vet and never received proper care for my dog. Please do not waste your money here I paid for a vet visit out of pocket when I still have free exams until this coming May because I just can’t take their ignorance anymore. They put my dog in danger more than once, I shouldnt have gone back after the first time but hopefully this can help others.

The staff is friendly and so are the providers. They take good care of my baby girl. 💓

Hope you educated your customer today on why it's important not to leave a pet in a car unattended motor off in the sun. Her excuse was it was not hot out. Then i told her whatever it is outside add 30 degrees and thats whats it's like in that car and lets see if she can switch places with that dog. She was a nightmare of a person and if I were you i'd have her take her bussiness else where better yet report her. People like that shouldnt have animals.

They are fantastic wish I could of brought the whole group up north with me. Great with both my dog's Khloé and Tebow....no other vets like them in banfield program

On Jan 1 of this year, we had to make the hardest decision any pet lover has to make, we had to say goodbye to our beloved 12 year old Boxer. Thankfully, Banfield Pet Hospital was open on New Year ’s Day . The staff was so considerate and accommodating. They felt our hurt and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. A week or so later we received a card in the mail from the staff extending their condolences. I had never been to Banfield before but we are very impressed. We are truly grateful for their care and compassion. We will be visiting them again.
