Sub-par dentistry at a premium price, Randall Smith DDS is a charming office above a law office near Oceanside city hall. When you first walk in, pure greeted by a small but comfortable waiting room, with a separate doorway to the receptionist. The staff here are all very friendly and are very nice in how they speak to patients. However, the fillings done here don’t seem to hold well, and the dental work in general seem rushed, especially when this is the most expensive dental bill per filling I’ve ever received. The friendly service is the reason for the 3 stars, but if possible, try to find another dentist.

I've been to many dentist office and have not found one as good as this. I am from VA visiting SanDiego and my bridge was loose all weekend. I called many dentist office around the Oceanside area and none could take me due to preschedule appointment. When I called Dr. Smith's office the receptionist listened to my problem and immediately said yes come on in and we will fit you in. I was impressed of how caring they were. Got there and felt the smiles and greets from everyone. He took care of my issue withing an hour. I strongly recommend Dr. Smith for his knowledge and work and for all the people in his office who were so helpful and caring.

I've been coming here since 1990 and compared to other dentists I've been to recently, Dr Smith and his staff are the best. I don't know why I ever went anywhere else.
