Everyone at this office is really nice and helpful. I went in to get an issue cleared up, and they worked together really well too. This is a place I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Whelp. I'll start by saying at least a stupid mistake I made wasn't as catastrophic as it could have been had it not been for these fine folks. I recently moved to the San Diego area and purchased my auto insurance policy with NCPA. I have to admit I wasn't really expecting the level of service I got, but I have no complaints whatsoever. (Having someone actually go out there, helping me every step of the way was something I'm definitely not used to, but it's a -very- welcome improvement over my previous insurance service provider.) The fact I feel comforted in knowing I'm 100% getting the best rate possible is something that sets these guys above the rest. Now, the stupid mistake I made which, to be honest, really drove home how great of a deal these guys provide. One too many beers and I hit the road, which I should have never done. Carlsbad's finest caught up with me rightly so my wallets a lot lighter than it used to be... Not proud of it at all, but even in that self inflicted nightmare, they gave me the best possible rate. The agent I worked with, Charolette was so helpful, honest, up front, understanding and heavens above... PATIENT. To say I'm happy with my choice is an understatement. I owe her and the amazing folks at NCPA many thanks for their care in making sure I don't have to pay a cent more than I have to.

I had an NCPA Insurance for years while being stationed in California with the military. They are very military friendly, and I was extremely impressed every single time I worked with them on their level of professionalism, dedication and honesty. I always felt that I could 100% trust I am getting the best rate and coverage. Joseph, Maryann, and Charlotte are a pleasure to work with and answer my emails and phone calls very promptly even when it means they have to stay late or call me from home during evenings and weekends. They work extremely hard, and it's commendable that they take care of their customers before themselves. I would highly recommend them if you are new to the area and want a more personalized touch on something as important as insurance .

I originally got my auto policy with NCPA Insurance Services when I purchased my first car. Joseph actually came out to the dealership to meet me. At the time I had a point on my driving record and I had gotten a couple quotes on my own, but his quote was so competitive I was able to pay for the whole year! When my policy came up for renewal last week I called the office and spoke to Charlotte. She offered to re-rate it for me since it had been a year, and was able to get the price down even lower!! They are experts. Thank you Charlotte, highly recommend!!

Giving this place one star is being too good to them, it's at times like this that I wish there were negative stars.
We went car shopping last weekend and finally found the car we were looking for. I was so exited and we rushed to finalize the deal. We wanted to enjoy the rest of the day with our new car! By the time the paperwork was over and all the things settled they told us we that in order to leave the dealer premises we needed to have a full coverage insurance on the newly bought car, (which is kind of understandable but still I wish they'd tell us before hand to have some heads up on the matter) or have a full coverage insurance that could transfer to any vehicle you drive. With this being our first car we obviously did not have the insurance ready to go and so the dealer offered to connect us with an insurance company that was supposed to have the best prices you could find. We started talking to the representative and as usual she was super nice, we didn't have any problems and everything was going smoothly, the price was expensive for a month's worth of coverage to what she told us to be because they needed a deposit (a 300 dlls " deposit" to be exact) and that it would be credited to the next months if we decided to stay. She also assured us we would be able to get our deposit back if we found a different insurance en next business day with no problem. We did. As soon as we walked out we tried to find an insurance agency that would beat the "best prices" they offered us and we had no problem doing so. The problem was when we tried to call them and cancel our policy with them. At first they said they were super busy, when we were finally able to talk to them they told us we could in fact cancel the policy but there was no "deposit" to be given back because that was watt they had self handed taken as a "brokers fee" we never knew about this fee who would sign a 300 brokers fee!!! Now they don't even pick up the phone!!! I urge you guys to carefully check all the paperwork you sign with this people because we were not careful enough and now they ripped us off $300!!!
