Great place to bring your kids or just the two of you to enjoy a cottage on the beach. Its convenient close to everything. Staff is friendly easy to work with.

Overcharged us because their, "friends" staying down stairs said we had a party. We had no additional people on property but, there isn't much I can do. We were charged an additional $300 for our stay.

Never stay here again. Pictures are deceiving. No wonder they show pictures of other condos. The management watches you. I'm not 21, I was there with my daughter and sister. Overcharged us for 2 people and refused to give us our money back even though I told them there's only 3 of us the day I booked it because they'd already ran my card but they could've given it back in the $300 deposit they hold for days! Couch covers were still wet. Can't lay out on the sand out front with all of the rocks and construction. So gross. Can't even get to the way without climbing over a huge pile of rocks. Inside cottage is clean but outside is gross with garbage outside of the side balcony. Gotta stay on the other side of the beach next time where it's sandy and clean. So disappointing

Our stay in Cottage Window was wonderful! The rooms were bright and airy and the ocean breezes were wonderful. With the windows open we were able to hear the ocean waves. The building is within walking distance to the Oceanside Pier, downtown shopping, food and the train station! The beach is right in front of the building and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available for all of the guests. It was a great value with all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again!

Sunset Cottage is the most amazing unit with views from every window and a deck over looking the ocean. Darling inside with all cottage decorations and freshly painted. Great location and right on the sand.
