Dotschi at Travel Experts makes travel almost as pleasant as it used to be. She finds good times and fares, she helps if you get stranded somewhere and smooths out bumps with professional calm. My friends and I use her services with confidence.

I had not used a travel agent for years and then our family of 7 decided to go to China to visit our son who is working there. Someone gave me Dotschi's name and I called her. At first I wasn't sure I would actually use her but almost immediately I realized what a skilled person she is. She helped us tremendously with our tickets on the plane over and back. We got much better seats and upgrades than if I did it on my own. She listened well when I told her what type of hotels we wanted. She found the best place for us in Shanghai. We spent a fair amount of time putting the trip together and she never made me feel rushed, which I appreciated. She got so involved in our trip that it almost seemed as if she was going along with us. She also helped us get a limo to drive us back to San Diego from LAX. I feel so lucky that our friend gave us Dotschi's name. We plan to keep using her in the future.

Angelica is just Great!! Very attentive and sweet. She is such a pleasure to talk to. She goes over and beyond for her clients. Communication is key and she does this quite wonderfully. There were some flight changes that added a few hours onto our traveling time, and Angelica was ON IT! Emailed us right away letting us know that she was aware of the change and had already spoken with the airline about what could be done about it. We were able to get it all figured out and I ended up happier in the end.

Great travel agency, they are super affordable and are always checking to make sure you get the best price. They have a brick and mortar in Vista, but they can book everything over the phone for international clients
