The appt setting was great, even when I rescheduled it. When I arrived for my appt, I asked for a rm to fill out my paperwork. They suggested I do it in car. Still no issue but I let them know I'd fill out in rm as 1 dog has issues. After almost 40 mins I left as there had been no communication from staff. Driving home I got their call letting me know they have a room for me & where was I. I let Jenna know why I left. I called them back from home to ask if 1/2 he was standard wait time with them & if not, then I'd reconsider a new appt. She told me office manager would call me next day & go from there. (I had asked that they waive the $25 office fee & comp that part. I never heard back.

UPDATE:
We always enjoy our visit. We always have a positive and great experience. Everyone is so friendly and we always feel welcome. They show genuine concern for the animals they care for. They are our place of choice and we always trust our pet is in good hands with them. I hope to take any future pets to this clinic as well.

great experience every time! i am never disappointed. the staff is so friendly and amazing. i will miss this place when we move back to indiana!! and you cant beat the prices!

This hospital and Dr. Gordon are amazing. They save my two puppies lives. They are very friendly and you can tell they love there job. I've been to other veterinary before, nothing compares like their service they have offer me. If I could I would of rated 10 stars. I advise everyone that This is one of the best hospital in Oceanside.

Dr Hackett has taken care of several of my rescued special-needs Cocker Spaniels over many years. We live in San Diego, where we first met her. Now it's a no-brainer to drive the hour, sometimes more than two hours if there's traffic, for my present fur-child's care. Without Dr Hackett's expertise and kind loving care, I would never have had my pooches be able to enjoy the good life for as long as they did. The other vets and staff have always been great, too.

I will never my pups anywhere else but OVH. This office has the "old fashioned" customer service. Dr.Gordon and his staff will always call after my pup has had a procedure... They have saved her life, she has a rare disease and Dr.Gordon treated her holistically and clinically, she is now thriving. The most honest practice , will give you options and the whole staff treats your pet as if they were family. Thank you for always being there for Bear.. she just loves to visit all of you!
