Absolutely horrible people skills from Dr. Jennifer Stewart. I asked for refills on a medication for a canine and she screams at me "Just f****** fill it!!" and when I asked if there were any refills, she screams at the top of her lungs, "FIVE!!! FIVE F****** refills!!!" When I told her to calm down, she yells, "Don't tell me what to do!!!" I cannot believe that this woman is a healthcare provider. Yes, her clients are animals, but she still needs to have social skills when dealing with human beings. I cannot believe she talks to people this way. I am never contacting her office again because she needs anger management classes. Her behavior was reported to the veterinary medical board. Quite monstrous behavior and completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially for a doctor.

As a professional dog trainer and competitive training coach of over twenty years I have had contact with many veterinarians across the country. I can honestly say that my recent experience with Ranch House Veterinary Services (Jennifer Stewart, DVM and her vet tech, Adrian) has been exemplary. Their prompt response to an ailing, older dog, multiple house calls, promptness, professionalism, and incredible bed side manner with the pets was nothing short of excellent.

The thorough and modern approach, and the convenience of responding to my home for veterinary care has convinced me to switch all of my animals to the care of Dr. Stewart and staff, as well as being the recommended veterinarian for my students and dogs in training.

Dr. J. Stewart provides top notch in-home pet care.

These were my experiences during Dr. Stewart's first visit to my home:

1) She immediately identified why one of my dogs has a weepy eye. Over a one-year period I asked 3 different vets during 3 seperate office visits to assess his eye. None of them were able to identify that he has an inverted eyelash that rubs against his eyeball causing the seepage.

2) On his last visit to our former vet, I asked that my dog's ears be assessed because he shook his head constantly. The vet found nothing wrong.

Dr. Stewart promptly identified that he had a disintegrating foxtail in his ear. She removed the foxtail, cleaned his ear of additional dirt and debris and our pup was a happy camper.

3) There's a tremendous advantage to having a vet see dogs in your home:
why this one skips when he runs
why that one can't find the dog door
why this one cries if he's picked up

Dr. Stewart provided answers and working solutions that addressed all of the issues fully.

Dr. Stewart is a joy to work with. She is generous with her knowledge. I haven't found her to be any more expensive than my former vet.

For me, knowing that I won't have to take my dogs to a vets' office for most things - other than surgeries - has brought me tremendous relief.

Dr. Stewart is great! Caring, compassionate, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She has the touch! She performed an at home euthanasia for my kitty. I was able to get her to come out the same day. They asked what time was convenient for me and were really great about making me feel at ease about the whole thing. As soon as she greeted my kitty, he purrrred up a storm and it was amazing to see how he instantly like her. The passing was peaceful (in my arms, at home) and I couldn't have asked for better way to say goodbye to beloved kitty. Dr. Stewart is one of the BEST! I would definitely recommend her services.
