I love going there to kool smiles in Odessa tx. They always answer all my questions and concerns they also help me in any way they can with all three of my kids. My kids love going to them there patient w kids and that's a big plus.

By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had!! Dr. Vashisht is an excellent dentist. I felt very comfortable. He was very informative and he is very experienced. My procedure (extraction) was quick and painless and the best part was I had zero pain! Edna the dental assistant did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. The staff was very nice and had great customer care! I HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone! Thank you Dr. Vashisht and the rest of the Kool smiles staff!

If I could give a 0 star I would. First appointment I had they never verified my insurance even though I gave them all the info before the appointment. They did not call to tell me until I showed up to the appointment. I rescheduled it, not getting to upset then they did they same exact thing and did not verify it although they actually had the decency to call. Finally I got my sons appointment and the doctor was nice it was a good visit. When it came time for his next appointment they kept calling on vacation and at work despite me telling them not to. Finally I had to snap at them and tell them not to call for them to finally make a note not to call, despite me asking nicely to put me on the do not call list due to not being able to answer. Lastly, I made his appointment and gave them his new insurance info just for them to tell me they haven't verified it AGAIN. They did not call to tell me this they told me when I showed up to the appointment. The one time I was able to see the doctor the clinical staff were nice and I liked the way they made my son feel but the front staff are incompetent. I will not be returning to this dental clinic anymore. It is not worth the hassle.
