Dr. Bavousette is amazing! She takes the time to listen to us and talks to the kids in a way that makes the comfortable. I've never had issues with the staff either. They have always been kind and answered my questions. We have never had issue with extremely long wait times either. They do only have one waiting room but try to schedule patients so that a lot of sick and well patients aren't there together. Highly recommend this place!

Compass Pediatrics (Dr. Bavousett and her newest NP in the office) are great. They've never rushed me, never tried to force anything on me, she knows when to refer out and doesn't have a "God Complex" like many doctors I've met. Love them very much and gratefully drive from the west side of town to the east side of town to see her when needed.

I have tried to schedule my son several times and the scheduler keeps blowing me off. Each time she says she has to approve it with the doctor because my son has health issues and that she would call me back then never does. The last time I called she wouldn't even actually get on the phone she had another person relay a message to me that she would call me in the afternoon and again never did! Being selective due to healthy issues in a newborn shows bad practice on the doctors part, or unreliable staff that doesn't communicate with the doctor.

If the staff wasn't so kind I would be giving this place 1 star. They only had one waiting room so my little baby was around sick kids. Also, our appointment was at 9:30 am. We got their 40 minutes early to start the new patient paperwork. We weren't taken back until almost 12. Didn't leave till 2! Beware!
